How to Not Destroy Your Creativity! Lessons from Steve Jobs.

I’m a writer.

But according to some experts I shouldn’t be. Over the years I have been told by teachers, editors and various other experts that I am not a writer. One editor in particular told me that my first book, One Boy’s Struggle should be scrapped.

One Boy’s Struggle became a bestseller for Infinity Publishing. But, isn’t that kind of strange? Then again, maybe it’s not so strange.

Has anyone ever told you that you could not do something? Maybe you’re a painter and someone told you that you cannot make any money from it or maybe someone told you that your art stinks! If so, take heart, there’s a reason experts are often proven wrong.

How I Taught Myself to Write Better and You Can, too.

Due to failing grades and a seemingly total disregard for my own education, I was pulled out of school during the middle of 10th grade, never to return to high school.

It was one of the most embarrassing, disappointing times of my life. You are reading this today because of that experience and what followed.

How and Why You Should Start a Daily Positive Journal

For the longest time I struggled with a negative mindset. I constantly told myself what could go wrong would go wrong. And, I was usually right.

When things did go well, I believed that it was because of luck or someone stepped up to help, or hey, maybe it was Halloween and reality was wearing a mask.

The problem was that I was in denial, in denial of what could go right, that things could be positive and that life should be better. Then something powerful helped change everything for the better!
